How much do artists get paid?

GALI pays an 10% artist royalty for every product we make.

Royalties are paid upfront every quarter, on the full retail price - even when our products are on sale. Artists work is always valued fairly and transparently.
How does GALI support communities?

We give back 25% of our profits to Indigenous artists and communities. Since launching, we’ve raised over $120,000 in income and donations.

Artists and Art Centres guide which community projects we support, ensuring the initiatives are community-led.

We’ve contributed to a range of projects, including education and literacy programs, youth centres, cultural centres, LGBTQIA+ charities, and programs that connect Aboriginal youth with Country.
Is GALI Aboriginal owned?

Yes. GALI was founded by David Leslie, a proud Kamilaroi man and volunteer surf lifesaver from Bondi Beach. The brand is 100% Aboriginal owned and built to share Indigenous art and culture with people around the world.
