Refund policy
30 day return policy
We have a 30-day return policy which means you have 30 days from the day of purchase to request a refund or exchange return. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags intact and be neatly folded in the original packaging.Â
To make a return, simply follow the steps below:

Once we receive your request, we'll respond within 5-7 business days with instructions on how to return your item(s).

After we have received and inspected your item(s), we'll send you an email with an update on your return.
Items sent back without emailing us first may not be accepted.
Don't forget, all swimwear and underwear must be tried on over underwear. We cannot accept returns of that have been worn or tried on without underwear.
Damaged or wrong items
If something is wrong with your order, let us know immediately. If the item is defective, was damaged during delivery, or if you received the wrong item, email returns@galiswimwear.com.au and we will resolve the matter straight away.
Non-refundable items
Gift cards are non-refundable. All items on sale or discounted are final sale with no refunds. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on sale/discounted items, but we’re happy to help you find the right size, or to provide you with a store credit. If you have purchased the item as a gift, we're happy to offer exchanges for sizing, while stocks last! If you have any questions before buying any item, reach out to us - we'll be happy to assist you.
Shipping Costs On Returns
We want to make returns and exchanges are as smooth as possible for you. If the fit isn’t quite right, or you change your mind, you will need to cover the the cost of returning the item, as well as the cost for shipping the new item to you. If you're returning item(s) that are faulty, damaged during delivery, or if we sent you the wrong item or size - we'll cover the full postage costs.
Unclaimed Orders
If an order is returned to us because the parcel was not collected, delivery was refused, or customs duties/taxes were not paid by the customer, the order will be refunded minus the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees incurred.
USA Returns & Restocking Fee
Customers in the USA may return eligible items for a refund in accordance with our return policy. Please note that a 10% restocking fee will apply to all USA refunds to help cover the import tariffs which is not refunded by the US government.
